there are two type of Needs of customer are:-

  1. Met Needs:-  Met need means where there is already develop or exist in the world. we also invent or make the same thing so where as already many competitor to competi it is known as Met Needs.
  2. Unmeet Need:- Unmet Need means where you can invent or made something new in this world where there is no competitors only first you invent them(freelancing) it is also known as unmet needs.
